Carefully selected flour (selection, quality, traceability), prepared pastry thanks to the know-how of the French company.

Use

Do not consume raw! Do not cook in the microwave!

Preheat the oven to 220°C (Th.7) for 10 minutes. Roll out the dough on the baking sheet. Cut off the excess paper and prick the dough with a fork to let it breathe. Arrange the sweet or savory filling as desired. Bake until the dough is golden brown (about 35-40 minutes at 200°C).

Can be used to make pies, croissants or other pastries.

“It's so good to trust a woman” - the slogan sounded in 1986. Monique Ranou. A name that smells good, evokes the countryside and local products. It all started in 1905, when Jean-Pierre Rannou's father founded his company in the land of Quimperate. Corentin Berréhouc opened a butcher's shop in Brittany, where hams, pâtés and sausages were found. Since then, the brand has evolved and is committed to self-service; it continues to be part of this trend, which deals with a whole range of delicatessen products and prepared meals. Monique Rannou and Intermarché entered into a partnership in 1992. In 1998, Monique Rannou decided to hand over her activity and the group bought the company, because no member of the Rannou family wanted to take over.
