The Berke Group set this as its goal when it modernised the game processing plant it acquired in 2019, and as a result of three years of construction and modernisation, it created one of the most nature-friendly processing companies in Central and Eastern Europe, using the most innovative processing and food industry technologies, renewable energy sources, and natural raw materials in Romania. Our company, which processes game, lamb, Mangalica pork, and pork, has its central plant in a picturesque location, in the heart of Transylvania, in the village of Ivó, at the foot of the Hargita Mountains. Meat processing, production, and packaging of the finished product take place in a renovated and newly built environment thanks to the dedicated work of nearly 40 trained professionals with many years of experience.
