What's our mood? Bohemian, mischievous and always ready for fun. Dóka Éva's wines have matured with the Zala lifestyle, which also emerged during the making of Cocojambo. Pinot blanc: a great favourite of ours, a cosmopolitan, up for anything, that's what we need. Hárslevelű: the grand "old man", to give it some "backbone", Pátria: youth, folly, playful acids, and the harmony is ready.

It starts with an elegant, floral aroma, while the sip pampers the mouth with fresh aromas and playfully teasing acids.

According to an authoritative opinion: Ya-ya-ya coco jambo, ya-ya yeah! When characterising wines, experts often use expressions that at first glance don't have much to do with wine, but they express a feeling, a mood. The above is one of them, which would be a pity to argue with...

Storage

Store at 10-15 degrees, in a dark, closed place, consume within 1-2 days after opening, chilled.

Producer information

Dóka Éva's vineyards are located on the Csáford and Aranyod hillsides accompanying the Zala Valley, as well as on the Pogányvár hills near Kis-Balaton, on a total of 27 hectares. Csáford, Aranyod, Pogányvár - the best vineyards of Zala. Their winery is called Szeszgyár. Not a usual name, especially not for a quality winery. But the Szeszgyár came first. It was built as a distillery, a spirits factory at the end of the 19th century, and we have preserved its industrial monument character. However, what we have created and built within the walls serves one purpose: to understand and create the Zala wine every year, which is at least as diverse as the wine region itself. We could also say that many kinds of delights are made here. Whichever one we taste, we like each one for a different reason, the flirtatious nectar, the bohemian pátria, or the calm, wise furmint, and so on, we could go on and on.
