Preparation instructions

In the microwave: Open the foil slightly before heating, then heat in a 750 W microwave for 3-4 minutes.

In a pan: Remove the foil and place the contents of the tray in a preheated pan, then heat over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, stirring frequently. Consume immediately after serving.
