Dracaena, or commonly known as dragon tree, is a truly popular and captivating plant belonging to the agave family. In their natural environment, they can be found in Africa, the Canary Islands, and Asia. Besides its decorative qualities, it is also extremely useful, as it not only reduces the carbon dioxide content of the air but also the amount of formaldehyde, benzene, and xylene.

The purchased plant must always be repotted to ensure its long-term survival indoors. We recommend repotting them into a larger pot or container so that they feel comfortable in a heated apartment and do not wilt. It is important not to forget to mist them (with water)!

Care

Caring for dracaena is not complicated; it belongs to the group of houseplants with general requirements. Do not let the dracaena's soil dry out completely, but also do not let it stand in water; always keep it moderately moist. It is advisable to water it approximately every 3-5 days, and it requires less water during the winter months. Balanced watering is very important; without it, its leaves may fall off, dry out, or its roots may rot.

Storage

Store between 18-20 °C, in a bright place.
