Lorenzo Hulled Millet
Millet is one of the oldest cultivated grains, originating in China. It does not actually belong to the cereal family, does not contain gluten, but its seeds are used in a similar way to cereals, hulled or ground. The physiological effects of millet are extraordinary. In addition to its high fiber content and easy digestibility, it has antifungal and antibacterial properties, and has an alkalizing effect. It contains almost everything our body needs - carbohydrates, proteins, fats, minerals. Regular consumption of Cereale Lorenzo Millet is recommended!

Preparation
Rinse the desired amount of Cereale Lorenzo millet in a strainer before cooking, then put it to boil with three times the amount of liquid. Measure out three cups of water or other liquid (milk, rice milk, etc.) for one cup of millet. Cook until soft for 15-20 minutes, then season to taste. It is also excellent for desserts and casseroles.
