Kotányi Steak and Roast Seasoning Salt
No one can resist Kotányi's fresh, aromatic, piquant and slightly sweet spice blend. It gives an irresistible taste to beef, veal, lamb and pork steaks, as well as tenderloin, roast ribs and loin.
Suggested use
Rub the meat with Kotányi Steak seasoning mixed with oil. Refine the roast juice with butter and red wine.
Steak for 2
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of beef (250 g each)
- 2 tbsp Kotányi Steak and Roast Seasoning Salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation:
- Mix the oil with the Steak seasoning.
- Marinate the meat slices for 20 minutes.
- Gently fry both sides of the steaks for 3 minutes in olive oil.
