We recommend it for chocolate-hazelnut baked pasta in a cake tin.

Ingredients
250 g Gyermelyi 4-egg short pasta, 250 g hazelnuts (ground), 1 lemon zest, 60 g butter, 2 dl yoghurt, butter (for greasing the tin), 4 eggs, 200 g sugar, flour (for sprinkling), 1 pinch of salt, ground cinnamon, 0.5 dl rum, 60 g cocoa powder, 100 g grated chocolate.

Preparation

1. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks until fluffy with the butter and sugar, then stir in the cocoa powder and yoghurt. Add the ground hazelnuts, rum, grated lemon zest, cinnamon, salt and finally the cooked, rinsed, cold pasta.
2. Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently fold into the pasta mixture.
3. Butter and flour a 24 cm cake tin, then smooth in the dough.
4. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C.
5. Remove from the oven, let it rest, then slice and serve. You can add a dressing to taste.

Gyermelyi Zrt. is Hungary's leading pasta manufacturer, largest egg producer and an indispensable player in the milling industry. In addition, it carries out agricultural activities on 8,800 hectares, operating a closed vertical integration. It all started on 21 January 1953, when twelve farmers from Gyermely, unable to bear the increasingly impossible burdens of individual farming, founded the Petőfi Cooperative. In 1970, the government decided to build a pasta factory and was looking for a location. Gyermely's reputable cooperative took on the task and was given the opportunity. This is how Gyermelyi Zrt. was founded.

Use
Cook in ten times the amount of boiling salted water containing a little oil.

Store in a dry place, protected from sunlight.
