In some regions, the greatest pride of diligent housewives and an indispensable part of Sunday soup was the snail pasta. Especially if the housewife kneaded it from spelt flour!

Producer information

The company's history began in 1987, when it was not accepted in Hungary to grow any other bread cereal than autumn wheat. The ancient, chaffy cereals, which had been the basis of human nutrition for thousands of years, were considered obsolete and outdated in socialism.

This is how they had to import the first bags of spelt seeds from abroad. In a few years, they managed to spread spelt all over the country. By now, they have reached the point where they make their own seeds, grow the ancient cereals highly valued all over Europe in Hungarian soil, and process them themselves. As the saying goes: from the soil to the table.  

The cultivation and processing of their cereals takes place in completely organic and natural conditions. They completely avoid all kinds of artificial pesticides, soil improvers, fertilizers, and genetic modifications in their activities. They have an organic certificate and operate in accordance with a continuously strict system of requirements and inspections.

Storage

In a dry, cool place (20 °C), protected from sunlight.
