Folly Cédrus

The Cédrus was named after one of the defining plants of the arboretum. A blend of Italian Riesling and Pinot Gris from the arboretum's grapes. Clean, subtly oaky, peachy, restrained and very elegant.

• Fermentation and aging took place in barrels
