After harvesting, the vegetable is preserved by quick-freezing within a few hours. The secret of preservation is chemical-free quick-freezing, which freezes the prepared ingredients suspended in the air at an extremely low temperature (-45C˚), resulting in a uniquely frozen, crispy product.

Preparation suggestion

Cook the quick-frozen shredded pumpkin until soft without prior thawing. According to taste, you can make a stew with roux, milk, sour cream. You can flavor it with a little vinegar, sour cream and chopped dill for the curd. Do not refreeze the thawed product!
