Tamás Günzer spent most of his childhood in Palkonya, and learned the secrets of viticulture and winemaking from his parents and grandparents. His father saw the attraction in him, this budding love for vineyards and wines. He only said this: "son, the work is yours, the income is yours" and he received 0.3 ha of land with a cellar from him. He expressed his gratitude by making a wine specialty, so that he would never forget that he started him on this career. This exceptional wine, Mátyás Reserved, with his recommendation - "To my father, Mátyás Günzer" - is a prestigious red wine that represents the highest quality of their winery.
