One of the favourite peppers of Hungarian cuisine, it is larger in size and most often green in colour. Due to its high vitamin C content, it is really worth consuming it often. Its characteristic strong and spicy flavour complements many cooked dishes. Whether it is soup, goulash or meat, hot peppers can be the perfect spice.
