Ecoinver mini cucumbers stand out with their light-dark green colour and crispy, whitish-green flesh. Their fruit is short (9-10 cm), thin, strong, with an edible skin. This is a refreshing, aromatic cucumber, with mild sweet scents. Cucumber consumption can be easily incorporated into any diet, as it is very low in calories. It contains many vitamins, which is why it is particularly healthy to consume. An excellent choice for a small treat.

It is one of the oldest cultivated vegetable species, it came to us from India. Varieties: snake cucumber, gherkin, salad/semi-long cucumber. Cucumber is one of the healthiest vegetables. Due to its nutrient content, its nutritional-physiological role is significant. Its water content is extremely high (96%), but it is also rich in potassium, phosphorus, iron, calcium, sodium, carbohydrates and vitamins A1, B1, B2, B6, C.
Ecoinver's farmers grow mini cucumbers sustainably through Integrated Fight. This cultivation method is used to combat pests and diseases. This fight does not destroy the organisms that affect production, but prevents them from causing damage to the crop. 

Usage

It also holds its own in sandwiches and salads. You can try its characteristic refreshing taste if you put a few slices in a glass of water. On hot summer days, you can also make a cold cucumber soup.
