Use

Cut the outer skin until you see the inner jelly-like pulp. Then cut it in half and spoon out the inside.  
It is used similarly to passion fruit. Thus, it can be used in any pudding, dessert, fruit salad.

Storage

Store in a dry, cool place, between 10-12 °C.
