Their store opened its doors in March 2006 to celiac customers. In 2009, they started making freshly baked goods on-site, which became very popular. 

They continuously expand their product range according to the needs of their celiac customers: numerous gluten-free bread flours, cake mixes, pasta, small pastries, breakfast cereals can be purchased in their store, sourced strictly from distributors with gluten-free certification. In the spirit of healthier eating, within one year they reduced the sugar content of 5 of their products, which constitutes 20% of their product range.

They undertake to support the nutrition of disadvantaged, gluten-sensitive children, so that the transition to a gluten-free diet is easy and can be achieved even without adequate financial background.
