Matilde Vicenzi is an Italian family business, founded in 1905 by Matilde Vicenzi, who also gave her name to the company. This charismatic lady, even at the turn of the century, set a wonderful example that women can also be entrepreneurs and lead companies, especially in areas they pursue with faith, enthusiasm, and expertise.

These foundations later benefited her grandson, Giuseppe Vicenzi, who took over the company's management and then made the family manufactory flourish, faithfully preserving its artisanal character and keeping constant quality as its primary value. This is what makes the pastries so delicious, fragrant, and crispy... just as much today as 110 years ago.
