Product Description
Milsy lactose-free smoked parenyica cheese. Milsy belongs to the category of steamed, not brined, cheeses, similar to Italian mozzarella.
A delicately salty cheese with a distinctive flavour, traditionally cut and shaped. Suitable for direct consumption, best enjoyed at room temperature to appreciate its delicious milky flavour and texture.
Excellent with Italian dishes and white wine, for example, complemented by the delicate meadow flower aroma of Walnut Riesling, or the fine nutmeg flavour of Müller Thurgau.
Semi-hard, semi-fat, smoked cheese. Fat content in dry matter 40%, dry matter content min. 48%. Lactose content less than 0.01 g/100 g. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
