RUF Gluten-free muffin mix
Finding a truly good gluten-free recipe is never easy, but the RUF product family has taken on this challenge. The German RUF makes home baking easier with its easy and quick-to-prepare cake bases, and the crispy chocolate-filled, crumbly and delicious muffins are a perfect choice for entertaining guests, family, or friends.
Preparation suggestion
Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven to 160°C). Place the cake mix, eggs, water, and cooking oil into a mixing bowl and mix until creamy, then let it stand for 5 minutes. Place the muffin papers into the baking tray and evenly distribute the batter using 2 spoons. Bake on the middle rack of the preheated oven for approx. 30 minutes. Check if it's baked through with a toothpick. Let the muffins cool down, then place the glaze sachet in hot water and let it soak for 10-15 minutes. Cut off one edge of the sachet and decorate the muffins with the glaze.
Additional ingredients: 2 eggs (M), 150 ml water, 125 ml cooking oil.
