RUF Gluten-Free Brownie Mix
Finding a truly good gluten-free recipe is never easy, but the RUF product family has taken on this challenge. The German RUF makes home baking easier with its easy and quick-to-prepare cake bases, and the crispy, chocolate-filled, crumbly and delicious brownies are a perfect choice for entertaining guests, family, or friends.
Preparation suggestion
Assemble the baking pan. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan-assisted 160°C). Place the cake mix, eggs, and soft butter into a mixing bowl and mix with an electric hand mixer, first on low speed, then on the highest speed, for approx. 2 minutes until creamy. Set aside one tablespoon of chocolate for decoration, then mix the rest into the batter. Pour the batter into the baking pan, smooth it out, and decorate with the remaining chocolate pieces. Bake the brownie in the preheated oven for approx. 25 minutes. Let it cool before serving.
Additional ingredients: 2 eggs (M), 175g soft butter, 100ml milk (1.5%).
