PANARINI Whole cleaned, gutted Carp

Carp is not by chance one of the most popular domestic fish species, as it is the main ingredient of fish soup, without which the Christmas menu would be unimaginable for many families.   4. Strain the broth from the cooked fish meat and set it aside. Remove the meat from the bones and purée it with the vegetables, diluted with a little broth.

  6. Pour the broth into a cauldron or pot, add the puréed fish meat, and bring to a boil. After reaching the boiling point, add the diced fillet, wait again until it boils, and salt and pepper if necessary. Simmer gently for a few minutes until the fish is tender, then serve.
