Product Description
Soft, fresh goat cheese flavored with bell pepper and leek. Goat's milk is one of the healthiest types of milk, and the spiced fresh cheese made from it is not only very delicious but also easier to digest than products made from cow's milk. Its distinct, characteristic taste harmonizes well with the spices.
In whole milk, cheese, yogurt, and kefir, varying amounts of vitamins A, B2, B11, and B12 can be found, and their beneficial effects on the body are undeniable.
From goat's milk, they make semi-hard cheese and three types of flavored fresh cheese (Hungarian style, spiced, natural), as well as goat curd cheese, goat cream cheese, goat yogurt, and kefir.
From sheep's milk, they produce semi-hard cheeses, sheep's curd, as well as fresh sheep curd cheese and sheep cream cheese.
From cow's milk, since 2009, their company has also started the production of Lajta and Győr-Moson-Sopron County Delicacy (Ilmici) cheeses, and from 2010, this is complemented by the production of Pálpusztai cheese. These products are treated with red smear. In addition to these, they also produce traditional long-aged Cow's Cheese, cow curd cheese in their facility.
Producer Information
The family business, with a history of nearly two decades, is located in Győr-Ménfőcsanak. The family has three generations of professional experience in the dairy industry. The name reflects the types of milk processed: TEBIKE - cow (tehén), sheep (birka), goat (kecske).
The excellence and high professional standard of the facility are also reflected in the cooperation agreement signed in 2010 with the Veres Péter Agricultural and Food Industry Vocational High School and Vocational School in Győr for the practical training of students. In 2014, Tebike Kft. received the title of Model Plant from the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences of the University of West Hungary.

In November 2007, Kisalföldi Sheep Cheese and Kisalföldi Goat Cheese won the Excellent Hungarian Food award. From 2011, Lajta, Győr-Moson-Sopron County Delicacy (Ilmici) cheese, and Pálpusztai cheese were awarded the use of the Hír (Traditions, Tastes, Regions) trademark. In 2013, Lajta cheese won first place at the Nations' Cheese Competition. Pálpusztai cheese received the Excellent Hungarian Food award in September 2013, and in 2016, based on the evaluation of the International Professional Jury, it achieved 2nd place. In May 2020, to their great pride, the Győr-Moson-Sopron County Delicacy (Ilmici) cheese produced by Tebike received the Protected Geographical Indication, being the first cheese produced in Hungary to receive this award.
