Fatty, fresh cream cheese in a garlic spice crust. Fat content in dry matter min. 45%.

Cream cheese flavoured with a garlic spice crust, made from cow's milk. This garlic premium quality cream cheese is made from the milk of free-range cows. A worthy accompaniment to cold platters and cheese boards.

The producer fills soft cheese curd into small soft cheese molds, drains the whey from it, then dries it for another 1-2 days so that the surface of the cheese dries out. After this, each cheese is individually rolled in a preservative-free spice mixture, immediately wrapped in shrink film, and then stored in a cold room for another 1-2 days to allow the spices to permeate the inside of the cheese.

Serving Suggestion

It is a good choice for cheese boards, cold platters, sandwiches, and salads. Due to its seasoning, pair it with a fruity, light white wine or rosé.

The history of Ökumenikus Sajtműhely is an exceptional meeting of centuries-old tradition, 21st-century technology, and genuine social responsibility. The farm of the former Erdődy Castle was brought back to life by the Ökumenikus Segélyszervezet in 2013, where premium quality artisanal dairy products are still produced and developed today.

The work of Ökumenikus Segélyszervezet is defined by creating opportunities beyond temporary aid, which is also facilitated by its social enterprises. The goal of these non-profit ventures – in addition to creating jobs in the poorest regions of the country – is to reinvest profits into further social, opportunity-creating programs, ensuring their long-term sustainability.

Several social enterprises are connected to the model farm in Kastélyosdombó, thanks to which it has become the largest employer in the settlement.
