Lajvér Szekszárd Rosé

Like a loose, summer raspberry syrup, it starts with such a colour and then we are not disappointed in its scent either. Ripe raspberry, as it is picked from the prickly bush and its juice spills out. There is a little burnt sugar scent behind the fruitiness which makes it more flattering, more pleasant. This also comes back from the sip, where the lively acid - character and the creamy alcohol sensation, the fresh fruitiness and the flattering, sweet velvety flavour playfully respond to each other. A little bit of effervescence remained in it, it is still fresh at the second sip, the fruitiness is crisp and it feels good to click on it and then sip it again.

How is it made?
Manual bunch selection. Alcoholic fermentation in a stainless steel tank, in a reductive space, by variety. After separate ageing, they are blended to find the best flavour and scent harmony.

Producer information
The thirty terraced plantations on the four tables perfectly adapt to the bed of the Lajvér stream, which provides a special and natural microclimate for the Lajvér winery estate. This means not only that there is a temperature difference of several degrees between the lower and upper terraces throughout the year, but also that the soil moisture content is varied. The valley, as a natural wind tunnel, ventilates the foliage and bunches of the plantations, thus helping environmentally conscious viticulture. This diversity makes it possible for all twelve of their grape varieties to feel at home.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, after opening for 3 days, in the refrigerator, sealed with a stopper.
