Nagyi titka Wheat Bread Flour
Nagyi titka Wheat Bread Flour. Hungary's favourite flour brand! Continuously controlled, reliable quality, carefully selected, thoroughly cleaned wheat. Easily kneadable, well-formable dough. Nicely rising, airy dough.
Suggested use - Homemade white bread
Ingredients:
- 500 g White bread flour
- 300 ml lukewarm water
- 25 g yeast
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp salt
Preparation:
- Dissolve the yeast in the water, then mix with the other ingredients.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes, then knead an elastic dough from it.
- Let it rise in a warm place for an hour until it doubles in size.
- Knead again, shape, then let it rise for 45 minutes.
- Bake at 220°C for about 40 minutes until golden brown.
