L'or Ncc Ristretto capsules

Inspired by the markets of Sumatra, L'Or Ristretto is a contrast of light, spicy flavours and a characteristic fresh acidity. A bold, lively flavour world, the complexity of which reveals itself in an instant.

Serving suggestion: Speculoos Tiramisu

Ingredients

• 30 ml coffee, we recommend L'OR Ristretto (1 capsule)
• 50 g speculoos biscuits
• 75 g mascarpone
• 75 ml whipped cream
• half a tablespoon of sugar
• 1 bowl of fresh raspberries

Preparation

1. Crush the speculoos biscuits and brew a cup of L'OR coffee (from 1 capsule)!
2. Whip the sweetened whipped cream until semi-firm, then add it to the slightly loosened mascarpone and mix it all together!
3. Put a tablespoon of biscuit pieces into two glasses
4. and a teaspoon of coffee each! Then spoon a layer of the mascarpone-whipped cream mixture onto the biscuit!
5. Add another layer by repeating the above steps!
6. Sprinkle the remaining speculoos crumbs on top and decorate the finished dessert with a few raspberries!
