The starch content of edible potatoes varies between 14-18%.
Its protein content is low - around 2% on average - but its biological value is very good. In addition to nutrients, the vitamin content of potatoes is also worth mentioning; it mainly contains vitamins C, B1, and B2.

Usage

A potato suitable for salads, which holds its shape when cooked. It remains intact after cooking, its texture is fine-grained. If you want the potato salad to stay intact, or if you're aiming for a visually appealing layered potato dish, use this. Cooked potatoes are easy to slice.
