The Juhász Irsai Olivér Frizzante is one of the freshest creations of the popular Juhász Testvérek Winery in Eger. This sparkling wine is a meeting of modern technology and the explosive fruitiness of the Irsai Olivér grape variety, evoking spring blossoms in every sip.
Producer information
The winery, celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2021, was founded by Attila Juhász and his brother in 1996. The history of the family winery began with a small, approximately one and a half hectare garden farm. The first major leap in the winery's life was in 2002, when nearly 10 hectares of newly planted areas, including outstanding vineyards like Paptag, became productive, and a modern processing plant was built in the cellar located in Kőlyuktető, Eger.
2010 was also a year of outstanding importance, as Juhász Rosé appeared on the market, bringing national popularity to the winery. In 2018, the second generation, in the person of Ádám Juhász, took over the management of both the winery and wine production. In the same year, the winery's new winemaking center was inaugurated, which boasts one of the most modern technologies in the country.
Today, the wines of Juhász Testvérek are made from the fruit of nearly 350 hectares of grapes, recognizable for their high quality, pure fruitiness, and unmistakable varietal character. They can boast numerous awards from national and international wine competitions.
