Usage

Banana Bread / 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 220 g plain flour
- 2 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 100 g butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 medium bananas
- 100 g dark chocolate
Preparation:
- Put everything except the chocolate into a large mixing bowl and mix until smooth with a food processor until you get a more liquid batter. If the banana is too juicy, you can add a little more flour. (There will be banana pieces left, these will blend nicely during baking.)
- Break the chocolate into small pieces and mix it into the batter.
- Grease and flour a loaf pan, then pour in the batter.
- Bake the banana bread at 180 C for about 45 minutes. Check for doneness with a skewer test.
Storage
Store between 14-16 C°.
