Frostbite – Winter West Coast IPA Winter bites: cold wind, frosty breath, crisp mornings – this is where the name comes from: Frostbite, the sting of frost. However, the sting of this beer does not come from the cold, but from the characteristic bitterness of West Coast IPA and the interplay of spices.

Amarillo, Crystal, and Hersbrücker hops provide the citrusy, resinous base, which orange peel, ginger, and cloves make festive. The result is a dry, clean, bitter, yet warming beer – like stepping from the cold street into the Christmas lights. This is Frostbite: simultaneously frosty and spicy, cold and festive.
