Nicosia - Etna Rosso Lenza di Munti

This excellent red wine is made from grapes sourced from volcanic, mineral-rich vineyards located 720 meters above sea level. The grapes are hand-harvested in the third week of October. It was aged for 4 months in oak barrels, then for an additional 6 months in the bottle before release. Its color is a vibrant ruby red, and its aroma is dominated by floral and red berry fruit notes.

• On the palate, mineral notes dominate, with a distinct, long fruity finish.
• It pairs well with salamis, aged cheeses, and grilled meats.

Storage

In a cool place, away from light and heat sources. After opening, if the bottle is properly sealed with a sparkling wine stopper, it can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
