Nicosia - Etna Bianco Lenza di Munti
A premium classified white wine made from 80% carricante and 20% catarratto grape varieties using a reductive process, from Etna, Sicily. It originates from 720 m above sea level, from volcanic soil. The grapes were hand-harvested and pressed in the second week of October. It has a brilliant straw-yellow color, with notes of pear and aromatic herbs in its aroma.
- When tasted, it is characterized by elegance, intense minerality, freshness, and a very long finish.
- Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with seafood, roasted fish, sushi, and grilled vegetables.
