Gallo Nero parboiled rice is 100% Italian, whole grain rice, with an unmistakable natural black color, which releases the characteristic aroma of freshly baked bread during cooking. It originates from China but is currently cultivated in Italy. It contains magnesium, phosphorus, and selenium, which have beneficial effects on our health. We recommend it for fish dishes, shellfish, and imaginative rice salads. Try it also with zucchini and cherry tomatoes, or with gorgonzola and walnuts, pan-fried with sauce.

Preparation suggestion

Pour the rice into a pot with cold water, bring it to a boil and let it cook for only 12-14 minutes from the moment the water starts boiling, allowing the water to penetrate the inside of the grain, cooking it faster.
