Casa Rinaldi Ready-to-cook risotto ( Milanese )

Delicious, creamy and colourful. These are the main characteristics of saffron risotto, better known as Milanese risotto: a true symbol of the city's gastronomic traditions and art abroad. The combination of rice and saffron re-imagined by Casa Rinaldi is extraordinary, creating a dish that combines the simplicity of risotto with a spice as precious as it is delicious.

Instructions for use / preparation

On the hob

Pour the contents of the sachet into 650 ml of cold water and bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat without a lid for approximately 15-17 minutes until all the water is absorbed, stirring occasionally. When ready, turn off the heat and stir in 20g of butter and 10-15g of grated Parmesan.

In the microwave

Pour the contents of the sachet into 550ml of cold water. Mix well and cook at 880W for approximately 20-22 minutes. Mix the cooked rice with 20g of butter and 10-15g of Parmesan.
