The uniqueness of the honey egg frappé is given by the combination of valuable cocoa butter and honey, which guarantee the stability of the slice. The egg gives the dessert a light fluffiness, while creamy notes complete its flavour. The bottom layer also contains cocoa, and the entire delicacy is dipped in dark chocolate, thus providing a truly rich and harmonious experience.

About the brand

Frigyes Stühmer, a master confectioner from Hamburg, arrived in Hungary at the invitation of a candy maker from Pest. In 1868, Stühmer purchased the small candy shop, and his business soon grew into the country's largest chocolate factory, where steam-powered, quality chocolate production took place. Frigyes Stühmer recognized that chocolate and candy were important consumer goods with a great future. He played a huge role in making chocolate, which was considered a luxury item, widely known. The traditional brand was revived by Péter Csóll in 2006 when he purchased the Stühmer confectionery shop in Eger and the ownership rights to the trademark. Compared to the initial 3-4 product lines, today we produce more than 150 types of products, and our company has grown into one of the leading brand names in quality chocolate production. Some of our products are nostalgic items made according to original, old recipes, but most of them are the creations of our creative product development team.
