For pizza made from gluten-free, vegan, low-carb flour, pour the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix with a dough mixer for 3-4 minutes. After 15 minutes of resting, form two pizza bases of equal weight, approximately 24 cm in diameter, and prick the rolled-out pizza bases in a few places. If you don't add yeast, you can bake it immediately. With yeast, let it rise for 30 minutes and pre-bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius with convection for 12-14 minutes. It's recommended to bake on a silicone mat to prevent sticking. Then, bake the pizza bases with toppings until done.
