About the brand

In the early 1990s, a young pharmacist, Kenan Alpay, founded the company that later became ALPAYA.

It all started with herbal preparations, which Mr. Alpay perfected through extensive research into valuable Anatolian endemic plants. The small-scale production, which began in the laboratory of Tokat Alpay Pharmacy, continued as Alpaya Dermaceuticals after relocating to Istanbul. In 2000, Alpaya Dermaceuticals was established to develop the best and most effective products for skin and hair, using valuable essential oils, seed extracts, vitamins, plant proteins, organic vegetable oils, and natural minerals.

ALPAYA, led by Mr. Kenan Alpay – who still focuses on product development and formulation – is now more than 20 years old.
