The idea for Alaplé Bár was born just 2-3 years ago, even though stock itself has been part of their daily work for a long time. Thanks to its beneficial effects, they regularly recommend consuming long-simmered stocks for both preventive and therapeutic purposes. Stock has subtly found its way into people's hearts, becoming an indispensable part of home kitchens today. It's a rewarding ingredient. Although it simmers for a long time, and in a certain sense is truly 'fussy', once it's ready and added to a dish, it's worth all the effort; the result will be richer not only in flavour but also in **nutrients**. Based on feedback, the idea emerged a few years ago that there would be a demand for it, and how much help it could be not to always have to cook it at home. Initially, it was a quiet presence, but over time, the determination became clearer: how good it would be to have a reliable place where it could be purchased and easily accessible to everyone. Today, this can be realised in many places.

Storage

Store at room temperature, protected from sunlight. After opening, store in the refrigerator below 3°C and consume within 2 days.
