• Chamomile: Chamomile has a calming effect and can help children relax, especially before bedtime. It can also help alleviate stomach discomforts such as bloating or stomach ache.

• Linden: Linden possesses calming properties, can help relieve tension and reduce stress. It can also help alleviate colds and throat irritation.

• Fennel: Fennel can help with digestive problems, such as bloating or gas. Fennel helps maintain the balance of the gut flora.
