The Herbária Apothecary Lavender flower contains the dried flowers of lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), which are extremely popular in natural remedies and aromatherapy. Lavender flowers are known not only for their pleasant scent but also for their numerous health benefits.

Preparation and use

Place 1 teaspoon of cut herb in a cup and pour 1.5 dl of boiling water over it. Cover the infusion and let it stand for 10-15 minutes, then strain.
