Preparation

Cook 100 g of pasta in 1 l of boiling water. Cooking time ("al dente"): 8 minutes.

Serving suggestion

Try it with fish, crustaceans, molluscs, vegetables, cheese sauces. Cook it in a pan mixed with sauce, or broken, cooked directly in the soup.

Since 1912, the hard and respectful work of three generations of Di Martino family pasta makers has led the historic pasta factory to produce 8 million pasta products daily and export the family product to more than 35 countries.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry and clean place (away from legumes, vegetables, rice, detergents and flavorings), do not expose to direct sunlight!
