This honey has an amber colour, a characteristically aromatic scent and a tart flavour. It is ideal combined with meats and mature cheeses. After mechanical centrifugal extraction, the honey is cold decanted, filtered and then packaged. It is always processed below 50 °C. Alce Nero organic Italian chestnut honey is ideal for those who love intense flavours, combined with meats and mature cheeses. Not suitable for children under 12 months.

Behind Alce Nero stand organic farmers and growers who have been producing food since 1978 that comes from farms that respect the land. They work with more than 1000 Italian and 10000 Central and South American family businesses.
