Easy and Flavorful Recipe: Ponzu Chicken Stir-Fry (This dish is quick to prepare and packed with flavor!)
Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Otafuku Ponzu Sauce (plus extra for serving)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas, carrots)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced (for garnish)
- Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)
Instructions:
- Marinate: In a bowl, combine the chicken with 2 tablespoons of Otafuku Ponzu Sauce and let marinate for 15-30 minutes.
- Heat Oil: Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Sear Chicken: Add the chicken to the skillet in a single layer and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Sauté Vegetables: If needed, add a little more oil to the skillet. Toss in the minced garlic and ginger and sauté for 30 seconds, until fragrant. Add the mixed vegetables and sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
- Combine: Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to combine with the vegetables. Add another tablespoon of Otafuku Ponzu Sauce and stir well.
- Serve: Serve over cooked rice or noodles and sprinkle with sliced scallions. Drizzle with additional ponzu sauce, if desired.
