Nile perch fillet fresh without skin
Freshwater fish, which is primarily native to Africa, along the Nile River, but is also fished in large quantities from Lake Tanganyika. Its meat is pink, firm, boneless and not too fatty. Excellent choice for grilling, baking, steaming and also for fried fish.
Preparation:
Nile perch fillet fresh without skin can be excellently prepared in the oven or in a pan. Since the meat of the Nile perch is soft and tasty, it is best to simply season it with salt and pepper and then fry it with olive oil. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes, until the fish is cooked through and golden brown. Fry in a pan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
