A small-scale pasta delicacy made from quality Hungarian ingredients, prepared in the traditional way. They have made their ancient grain pasta even better! They added a pinch of freshly picked, dried and finely ground spinach to the spelt flour. This resulted in a wonderfully colourful and valuable pasta that retains its light green colour even when cooked. Its flavour is very mildly spicy, not at all ostentatious, but a tempting gastronomic experience that enhances sauces and toppings. Let's eat colourfully, deliciously and healthily!

Producer information

The company's history began in 1987, when it was not accepted in Hungary to grow any bread cereal other than autumn wheat. The ancient, chaffy cereals, which had been the basis of human nutrition for thousands of years, were considered obsolete and outdated in socialism.

This is how they came to import the first bags of spelt seeds from abroad. In a few years, they managed to spread spelt all over the country. By now, they have reached the point where they produce their own seeds, grow the ancient grains that are highly valued all over Europe in Hungarian soil, and process them themselves. As the saying goes: from the soil to the table.
 

The cultivation and processing of their cereals takes place in completely organic and natural conditions. They completely avoid all kinds of artificial pesticides, soil improvers, fertilisers and genetic modifications in their activities. They have an organic certificate and operate in accordance with a strict system of requirements and inspections.

In a dry, cool place (20 °C), protected from sunlight.
