Durum flour pasta. Cooking time is only 3 minutes. Its wall thickness is much thinner, thanks to which its cooking time is also much shorter, more than halved compared to traditional forms. To prevent the product from softening, it is recommended to follow the indicated cooking time. For saucy dishes, it is worth finishing the last minute of cooking in a looser sauce, which the pasta will thicken. For later use, it is recommended to toss the pasta in oil after rinsing it with cold water. Contains gluten, may contain traces of egg.

Preparation

Put the pasta in ten times the amount of boiling salted water containing a little oil, cook for the time indicated on the package and rinse with cold water. Only 3 minutes of cooking and it's ready.

In addition, it carries out agricultural activities on an area of 8,800 hectares, operating a closed vertical integration. It all started on January 21, 1953, when twelve farmers from Gyermely, unable to bear the increasingly impossible burdens of individual farming, founded the Petőfi Cooperative. In 1970, the government decided to build a pasta factory and was looking for a location. Gyermely's reputable cooperative undertook the task and was given the opportunity. This is how Gyermelyi Zrt. was founded.
