Gábor Mészáros, founder and owner of the chocoMe chocolate manufactory, is extremely committed to top quality. He decided to create his own unique dark chocolate recipe with a completely unique flavour profile, which would become the flagship of chocoMe chocolates.

In order to understand the origin of cocoa beans and the richness of their sensory effects from the deepest roots, and to learn how to grow the highest quality cocoa beans, he recently visited numerous cocoa plantations and sought out farmers in the Caribbean who possess extensive expertise in this field.

After mapping the growing regions and tasting cocoa beans and various chocolate masses, he created a dark chocolate mass recipe with a unique aroma profile in a small but highly professional chocolate laboratory near Paris, which provides an unforgettable experience with every chocoMe Délice chocolate.
