Preparation suggestion

Baking: place the pastries in a frozen state in a large amount of hot oil (covering the pastries) and fry for about 3-4 minutes, turning constantly until golden brown. 1 litre of oil is enough to fry about 15 pastries.

Their company, FRIGO-HASSO Kft., is a food industry company operating in Hungary. The company, founded in 1999, is owned by Nyírség-Hasso Kft. They produce their products in two plants. One plant produces traditional conventional products, while in 2024 a physically completely separate independent plant was handed over, where the production of gluten-free products takes place.

Their range of activities includes the production of dumplings, pasta, noodles, croquettes, pastries and puff pastry products with various fillings. The technologies they use allow for a variety of product filling ratios, i.e. they adapt to consumer needs. Their kitchen preparation is extremely quick and easy, taking only a few minutes.
