Furmint, hárslevelű, zéta and sárgamuskotály blend from clay and volcanic soil, from 15-20 year old vines. Manual harvest in several steps, controlled fermentation and 18 months of ageing in oak barrels. Thanks to the vintage that was less favourable to botrytis but very favourable to shriveling, the character of overripe, raisined grapes dominates: a fresher and more refreshing, fruity dessert wine was born with dried apricots, dates and delicately honeyed notes.

When the Álvarez family chose the Vega Sicilia Winery as a member of their family in 1982, it created the foundations for the later TEMPOS Vega Sicilia.
