In the early 1930s, Mátyás Szamos learned the secrets of making high-quality marzipan from a famous Danish pastry chef. The master also showed him all the things that could be made from the noble paste. Thanks to much practice, aptitude, and good manual dexterity, the young Mátyás Szamos quickly learned how to create wonderful rose petals from the excellent marzipan raw material.

Mátyás Szamos gradually expanded his confectionery product range with the same enthusiasm with which he created his marzipan creations. The delicious pastries and cakes were made from the best ingredients according to traditional recipes, and in his chocolate manufactory, he produced the highest quality bonbons based on old recipes.
